The
OneStream GTM Lead
will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge’s OneStream business in North America. The GTM Lead is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business by identifying key plays that will increase bookings, maximize our cross-selling capabilities, and deepen client relationships.Responsibilities:Work collaboratively to develop a growth strategy for OneStream and data offeringsIdentification, development, and prioritization of OneStream market offerings that fit business needsSpearhead market activities, events, relationship development, and thought leadership initiatives to drive awareness and sales pipelineLead high-level sales cycles and partner with cross-functional teams to support sales cycles effectivelyOversee OneStream sales pipeline and align with revenue targetsEducate and enable client leaders on OneStream offerings to drive adoption and expansionIdentify opportunities for expansion across existing relationships, delivering measurable resultsCultivate strategic relationships with partners and alliances that contribute to growth and market penetrationEstablish thought leadership through white papers, hosting local events/forums, and driving unique solutions that resonate with the marketEngage with Delivery teams to scope and develop compelling solutions for services engagementsCarry an individual sales target in addition to overseeing the overall GTM strategy, demonstrating personal accountability for revenue generationQualifications:Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environmentDeep functional and/or technical understanding of OneStream cloud-based solutionsDemonstrated experience leading a diverse team of sales executives, marketing, and alliancesExperience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and deliverable review/approval sessionsProven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originationsProven business operations skills (e.g., developing a forecast and/or business plan, statement of work development, and managing towards margin and utilization goals)Strong written and verbal communication coupled with expert presentation skillsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experienceWe take care of you!
