GTM Lead

will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge’s Data Solutions business in North America. The GTM Lead is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business by identifying key plays that will increase bookings, maximize our cross-selling capabilities and deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities

:

Work collaboratively to develop a growth strategy for Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Sigma, Matillion

Identification, development, and prioritization of Data Solutions market offerings that fit business needs

Spearhead market activities, events, relationship development, and thought leadership initiatives to drive awareness and sales pipeline

Lead high-level sales cycles and partner with cross-functional teams to support sales cycles effectively

Oversee Data Solutions sales pipeline and align with revenue targets

Educate and enable client leaders on Data Solutions offerings to drive adoption and expansion

Identify opportunities for expansion across existing relationships, delivering measurable results

Cultivate strategic relationships with partners and alliances that contribute to growth and market penetration

Establish thought leadership through white papers, hosting local events/forums, and driving unique solutions that resonate with the market

Engage with Delivery teams to scope and develop compelling solutions for services engagements

Carry an individual sales target in addition to overseeing the overall GTM strategy, demonstrating personal accountability for revenue generation

Qualifications:

Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environment

Deep functional and/or technical understanding of Data cloud-based solutions

Demonstrated experience leading a diverse team of sales executives, marketing and alliances

Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and deliverable review/approval sessions

Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations

Proven business operations skills (e.g., developing a forecast and/or business plan, statement of work development, and managing towards margin and utilization goals)

Strong written and verbal communication coupled with expert presentation skills

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
