We are seeking a Locums Gastroenterologist Physician to providesupplemental coverage for GI call, inpatient consults, emergency departmentconsultations, and scheduled procedures at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Lansing,MI. The role requires coverage for nights with on-call duties and 15 days permonth of inpatient consults. This position is hospital-based and entailsperforming colonoscopies, endoscopic ultrasounds (EUS), and various types ofupper GI endoscopies including diagnostic, therapeutic with biopsy, and foreignbody removal. The call ratio is 1:4, averaging 8-hour shifts in the hospital.Qualifications:·
