Under direct supervision, the Case Manager II serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.Shifts Available:Full Time; AM/DAYS 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Monday - FridayWhat You Bring to the Table (Must Have)* High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and two (2) years of direct services in Mental Health or community services; or Associates degree and one (1) year of experience; or Bachelor's degree in Social Services* Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.* Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.What's In It for You** Paid Time Off: For Full Time Employee it is 16.7 days in your first year* Nine Paid Holidays & Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift).
