What will you be doing?

The Media Solutions Account Manager will be the day-to-day client contact for sold-in measurement projects, audience requests, and other media solutions. This includes owning kick off calls & docs, project status updates, curating insights and storytelling for measurement projects, and communicating product updates/expanded capabilities to clients.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Contact: Day-to-day contact for all sold-in client projects. This includes owning kick off calls & docs, project status updates, curating final story, and communicating product updates/expanded capabilities.Audiences: Own execution of audience requests & proactive recommendations to clients.Account Insights: Have deep account knowledge to understand client needs and potential areas of opportunity. Communicate client concerns that are voiced in day-to-day conversations to leadership.Product: Act as client-facing product and marketing solutions expert for sold-in projects. Know how our measurement capabilities work in detail.Insights: Analyze data and measurement results in partnership with Solutions to develop insights and inform client on key learnings, recommendations, and actionable takeaways.Project Management: Between internal teams and Client to set expectations, deliver results, manage timelines, and related variable changes. You are the “quarterback” for internal operations.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for increased efficiency in cross-functional operations.Requirements

Educational background: Bachelors degree or higher.Years of experience: +3 years in Media, General Merchandise, Retail, and/or Agencies in client-facing and project management roles.Specific software or platforms: Microsoft and Google productivity suites.Circana Behaviors

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $61,000.00 - $100,000.00.
