manages and delivers against the platform's product roadmap, prioritizes stories and epics, and ensures delivery of key outcomes. They perform stakeholder analysis and collaborate to understand their business processes to facilitate gathering requirements and product design. The ServiceNow Core Platform Product Owner is responsible for delivering and providing best in class platform practices to support ITSM and other platform tenants for Bank of America.Product Owner Job Description:Responsible for maximizing the value for a product. Defines the vision and roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team. Works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model to ensure there is alignment. Possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain. With some guidance, creates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems. Creates and prioritizes work for one team. Learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams. With some guidance, creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog. Refines stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready stories to load the next 1-2 sprints. Reviews and accepts stories and is empowered to make on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements. Works in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business. Individual contributor.Job Duties:Develop and maintain knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and ITOMCollaborates with the Head of ServiceNow platform engineering to develop product strategy, objectives, and key resultsDesign and implement the core platform capabilities within ServiceNowDesign and implement core platform support and delivery workflows, business rules, controls, reporting and other required features to satisfy application production engineering, service, and process requirementsConduct stakeholder and user analysis to understand needs and key opportunities to inform feature prioritization on an on-going basisMaintains a product roadmap to deliver against objectives and key resultsConducts continuous planning and design to ensure a robust and high-quality product backlogEvaluates and prioritizes demand and decomposes into deliverable featuresCollaborate closely with engineering leads and architects on product design and implementation strategiesFacilitate product design workshops with key stakeholdersDocuments high quality epics, features and stories and maintain the product backlogLead and participate in key product planning and agile delivery routinesCollaborate with scrum master to remove delivery blockers and increase delivery velocityValidate developed features meeting acceptance criteriaMaintain evidence required for change and release managementEvaluate impact and drive user adoption of new shared platform featuresRequired Qualifications:4+ years of experience in a product management or related role2+ years operating in an agile delivery modelExperience implementing or managing the ServiceNow platformStrong technical knowledge and business acumenStakeholder analysis and management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsShift:
