Torch Technologies is seeking candidates to provide threat weapon systems analysis support in support of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) missions. In this role, candidates will analyze and assess foreign threat weapon systems with an emphasis on processing, evaluating, and analyzing SIGINT data. Candidates will work closely as part of a small mixed-contractor team and collaborate with Intelligence Community (IC), industry, and mission partners to assess missile airframe, propulsion, kinematics, seeker, fuze, guidance and control features, and technology developments pertaining to foreign threat weapon systems.Candidates will:Accumulate, catalogue, and report on SIGINT dataProcess, interpret, and analyze raw data into usable information for analysisDevelop software algorithms and routines to advance analysis capabilitiesWork closely with small teams to advance the understanding of system designsSupport collaborative working group meetingsThe successful candidate will have a strong foundation in data processing, missile systems and performance analysis related to missiles and their supporting components. Preferred candidates will have experience using MATLAB software environment and have experience with one or more of the following:Characterization of foreign missile threatsAll-source SA&TI data analysis to include SIGINTAnalysis of surface-to-air missile (SAM) systemsB.S. degree or better in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or another technical discipline from an accredited university is required. Experience supporting the IC is preferred but not required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:2-5 years of experienceTS/SCI/poly security clearanceKnowledgeable or experienced with MATLABExcellent written and spoken communication skillsAbility to work in a diverse multi-disciplinary groupStrong work ethic and positive attitudePosition requires that candidates maintain a TS/SCI security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain and maintain a security clearance will result in the candidate being ineligible for this position.
