If yes, then you may be a great fit to join FBA team.Key job responsibilities:Define a data-driven product vision, develop business cases, requirements, and prioritize competing opportunities.Work directly with engineering to build exceptional products.Partner with other teams across Amazon Product and Tech to identify and influence development of new products and services.Understand customer (external and internal) needs, define clear project plans and execute to high expectations in a fast-paced environment.Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, working with business, operations, tech and BI teams to define and deliver solutions.Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs to balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.Collaborate with global stakeholders in other regions to define requirements that support international use cases.Define user stories and product requirements; while contributing to the technical design of new product features.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BS or BA in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics8+ years of product management experienceUnderstanding of large and complex technical architecturesAbility to scope and collaborate on customer requirementsAbility to independently solve complex problems through research and analysisAbility to communicate effectively, and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive staffExperience in developing and managing business requirement documents and roadmapsKnowledge of Six Sigma and iterative methodologiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with conceptualizing complex interrelated applications and technical platforms, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members and business partnersEntrepreneurial and inventive spirit, with track record of delivering results in fast-moving environmentsStrong relationships building skills; experience managing stakeholders and partners to drive cross functional programsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leadersExperience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development
