We are seeking a
Senior Hydrogeologist
to join our team in the
Dublin, OH office.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage hydrogeological projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetInterpret hydrogeological, geological, and geochemical dataConduct field investigation, including drilling supervision, soil and groundwater sampling, aquifer testing, and hydrogeological assessmentsAssist in the development of strategy, scope of work, and budget for projectsPrepare technical reports, proposals, and presentationsMaintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersPrepare, provide technical input, and/or review reportsMentor staff and contribute to their professional developmentMaintain overall project quality consistent with company and professional standardsInteract with regulatory agencies knowing what information to provide, when, and with appropriate internal or client review.Plan and execute own work tasks, as well as oversee tasks of team members, to meet project deadlinesSolve problems creatively and effectively and make informed decisionsCommunicate effectively and proactively with management, peers, and clientsComplete tasks efficiently and within the allowed budgetQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology/Hydrogeology, or Environmental Science from an accredited institution7-15 years of hydrogeology experience5 years of consulting experience, preferredExperience applying federal and state environmental regulationsCertified Professional Geologist (CPG), preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust possess a valid driver's license
