9634Position: Class Action + Mass Torts Associate Attorney (Mid Level)Office: San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CAExperience: 3 – 4 Years of ExperienceOur team is expanding and we are searching for a Consumer Class Action and Mass Torts Associate.Ideal Candidate:Class Action defense experience in false advertising, product defect and false representation; and/or experience with mass tort/MDL (required).Product liability litigation experience helpful.Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law.Experience briefing class certification and/or summary judgment.Experience drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery.Experience conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.Candidate must be a member of the state bar of California.Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays.
