Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Full knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable- Interfacing with Vendor/Sub Contractors and Owners from the onset of contract documents- Certified Payroll- General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance- Process and Manage Subcontractor invoices including the preparation of all supporting documentation- Collection of warranties at the close out process upon completion of project- Maintenance and Organization of hard and soft copy project files- Collection and maintenance of subcontractor insuranceQualifications:- Must have 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Accountant- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools- Detail and deadline-oriented- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Must be able to work well independently, be highly motivated- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Advanced computer skills to include strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with heavy emphasis on Excel- Experience in the field of Construction is a big plusJob Requirements:
