Headquartered in Long Island, NY, with additional offices in Westchester County.Looking for an Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience.Responsibilities

Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.Interfacing with Vendor/Sub Contractors, owners from the onset of contract documents, Certified Payroll, General Liability, and Worker’s Compensation insurance.Process and manage Subcontractor invoices including the preparation of all supporting documentation.Collection of warranties at the closeout process at completion of the project.Maintain and organize hard and soft copy project files.Collect and maintain subcontractor insurance.Qualifications

Must have 3 years of experience in the accounting field.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools.Detail and deadline-oriented.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with heavy concentration in Excel.Experience with the Construction Field is a plus.Company Description
