Summary: The Financial Corporate Reporting Manager will develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and company growth opportunities. The role involves analyzing financial data, collaborating cross-functionally, monitoring performance, and preparing reports for senior leadership.

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $107,010.00 to $120,000.00, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. Summary: The Financial Corporate Reporting Manager will develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and company growth opportunities. The role involves analyzing financial data, collaborating cross-functionally, monitoring performance, and preparing reports for senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & Optimize Financial Models: Create, maintain and optimize financial models to aid strategic decisions related to growth opportunities.
- Analyze Financial & Operational Data: Examine financial & operational data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to gather information and inputs for accurate financial modeling.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Strong skills in Excel, including working with Macros and financial modeling software.
- Corporate Experience: Experience in a corporate setting with the following:
- Interpreting financial statements
- Interpreting historical company information
- Analyzing company operations data to feed into financial models
- Building & optimizing financial models
- Constructing Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models
- Forecasting revenue and costs through financial models
- Performing scenario analysis against models
- Reporting KPIs based on planned vs. actual data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Experience in financial analysis within investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
- Transaction Experience: Hands-on experience with corporate financial transactions
- Proficiency in Power BI and other BI tools
