COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED - Schwob Building Company is a highly successful Design Build/General Contractor that has been a Metroplex and National leader in Industrial and Commercial construction since 1977. Our expertise includes Office, Commercial, and Industrial projects with an emphasis on the transportation industry, including trucking, automotive, and aviation facilities in DFW, throughout Texas, and across the country. By specializing in these niche areas of design, bid, and construction, we are better able to understand our clients' needs and operational goals.

Compensation:
- Top of industry salary/benefits package
- Performance-based incentive/bonus program
Experience:
- Senior level (5 plus years' experience, ideally 8)
- Commercial General Contracting experience
- Light Industrial
- Tilt wall
- Ground up projects
Requirements:
- Formal education in construction or engineering with a strong technical knowledge is expected; field experience is a great asset.
- Experience working with freight, trucking, and car dealership construction.
- Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor.
- Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
- Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
- Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction-related software.
