As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the market presence of Trans International and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing and Sales Planning:

Develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing plans that closely align with Trans International’s business goals, with a strong emphasis on B2B engagements and market penetration strategies. Identify sales targets and devise strategies that address specific market segments or customer needs.

Business Relationship Management and Sales:

Build and nurture strong relationships with key business clients, acting as a primary point of contact for client relations. Understand client business needs and objectives to better align Trans International’s offerings, leading to enhanced client retention and account growth.

Brand Management and Awareness:

Enhance Trans International’s brand presence and reputation in the B2B market through targeted marketing campaigns, thought leadership and high-impact events designed to attract and engage business clients.

Product Demonstrations and Sales Presentations:

Lead product demonstrations and sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of Trans International’s offerings. Customize presentations to meet the unique needs of each prospect, effectively communicating the solution’s value proposition in terms of ROI and efficiency gains.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Drive the generation of high-quality leads through targeted marketing campaigns, and qualify these leads based on their potential and readiness for sales engagement.

Sales Support and Enablement:

Developessential marketing materials, data insights, and sales support strategies. This includes developing sales collateral, case studies, and competitive analyses to equip the team with the tools they need to succeed.

Negotiation and Closing Support:

Participate in negotiation discussions and provide support during the closing stages of sales opportunities, leveraging marketing insights and relationship-building efforts to overcome objections and finalize deals.

Revenue Targets and Sales KPIs:

Contribute to setting and achieving sales revenue targets. Monitor and report on sales performance against KPIs, adjusting strategies in real time to meet or exceed these targets.

Market Feedback for Product Development:

Act as a liaison between the market and product development teams, relaying customer feedback and market demands to inform product enhancements and new product development.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Utilise analytics to measure the effectiveness of relationship-building activities and product demonstrations, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Report on key metrics and insights to senior management weekly.

Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the B2B sector, leveraging insights to tailor marketing and engagement strategies effectively.

Digital Marketing:

implement digital marketing efforts, including LinkedIn and other B2B-focused platforms, to increase online visibility, engagement, and lead generation among business audiences.
