The Role:

As a Sales Director at Marfeel, you'll spearhead revenue growth in North America, utilizing your extensive B2B sales leadership experience to set strategic goals and drive sales initiatives. We're looking for a visionary leader with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and a strategic sales mindset. What you will do:
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, driving pipeline growth and expansion through strategic planning.
  • Lead the sales growth and strategy in the US, and sharing market knowledge and news with the team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, enhancing our client portfolio and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to refine sales processes and product offerings.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our solutions across various communication channels and platforms.
  • Leverage SalesForce.com and other internal tools for comprehensive lead management, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Marfeel at industry events and conferences, and strengthening our market position in North America.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

This is you:
  • Possess 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the SaaS or similar industry, with a proven track record of leading sales teams and closing deals.
  • Bring extensive experience in the publishing/media industry to the table.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to understand and address customer concerns.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills, enabling you to anticipate and fulfill customer needs effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM tools for tracking, reporting, and analyzing sales metrics.
  • Thrive in a leadership role, eager to share insights and contribute to team success.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, autonomy, and a strong sense of ownership over sales strategies and outcomes.

  • Have experience selling analytics or data products.
  • Are fluent in any additional languages other than English.
