ServiceMaster is a 25 yr old locally owned company servicing the Disaster Restoration Industry. ServiceMaster has over 1800 locations in the USA and we are consistency ranked in the top 50 in performance. We are expanding our operations to include opening additional
locations in Virginia and North Carolina.

Position Activities and Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management Responsibilities

  • Has oversight for daily & weekly financial functions and reports
  • Weekly Payroll reports
  • Review and Process payables
  • Review and Process receivables
  • Analyze financial reports for accuracy
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual financial reports
  • Reconciliation of various accounts including bank, credit cards, etc.
  • Optimize the use of Quick Books online software; develop special reports requested by management.
  • Monitor, control and project cash flows in order to optimize the company's ability to capitalize jobs in the field, keep payables timely and properly utilize credit lines
  • Manage a AR & AP staff of 4
  • Generate Monthly Royalty reports

2. Personnel Management Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage employee health insurance
  • Manage payroll and payroll-related expenses
  • Manage employee benefit plans, such as 401K and others
  • Coordinate with the Operations Department on employee-related issues

3. Perform other tasks and customer service responsibilities as assigned and as occur during normal daily business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Accounting, and or a minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Ability to analyze and communicate financial documents and results
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a variety of office functions in a fast paced organized manner.
  • Ability to interact with other departments and provide for their needs in the course of doing business.
  • Quick Books Online software knowledge
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office and Excel


Compensation: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
