You Are:

The Process Design Engineer will work in the Program Management team in the CISO organization. This role will help all the teams within the CISO organization gain efficiency in their process through evaluation of process design improvements, tool workflows, and automation.

The Work:
  • Evaluate, map, design, and create business process flows for the different CISO teams
  • Assist CISO teams in mapping/designing new process flows that support CISO operations
  • Evaluate existing processes for where automation and tool workflows can be leveraged
  • Facilitate process mapping sessions that serve as input to workflow creations in ServiceNow, Jira, or
  • other tools leveraged by the CISO organization
  • Work with the applicable IT teams to document requirements, build/develop workflows, test tool
  • changes, and champion the change release with the receiving team
  • Build process automation for standard repeatable processes to streamline and gain efficiencies
  • Create a monthly bulletin of process and tool changes and resources that could be leveraged by team leads
  • Create and maintain internal SOPs for team processes
  • Lead team meetings on a rotational basis
  • Provide support to major team events and meetings (i.e. All Hands, trainings, tool roll outs etc.)

Here's What You Need:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • 4 years of experience doing process design work
  • 3 years of experience with processing mapping using tools like Visio
  • 3 years of experience doing process engineering
  • Workflow development experience in ServiceNow and Jira
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and problem solve
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Process Mapping in Viso
  • Process Engineering/Development in ServiceNow and Jira workflows

  • Problem solving, communications, and group facilitation
  • Process Design
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping time constraints
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment as well as working independently
  • Experience with Salesforce development


As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$76,300-$154,800 USD
