Knot's mission is to empower consumers and businesses alike with connected merchant and banking experiences. Knot is like "Plaid for merchant connectivity." We are building the platform connecting merchants to the many applications that consumers and businesses interact with everyday. Our flagship product allows consumers to instantly update & manage their cards on file with online merchant accounts (e.g. Netflix or PayPal). We are building many new products on top of our novel merchant connectivity platform and we hope you choose to come build them with us!
Founded in 2021, Knot was founded by two brothers - Rory and Kieran O'Reilly - and today powers connected online payment experiences for hundreds of thousands of consumers. Companies like Current, BILT, and Fizz choose to embed Knot's SDK in their apps to power best-in-class experiences for their customers.

What you'll do
- Own and deliver on new data products built on Knot's merchant connectivity platform.
- Collaborate and partner with other Knot teams (engineering, legal, GTM, and cofounders) to jointly shape successful product plans.
- Deeply understand both business customer and consumer needs to leverage Knot's technology for the highest priority use cases and in the most strategic way possible.
- Ensure your team(s) delivers reliable, performant, and developer-friendly products via APIs and webhooks.
What you'll need to get the job done
- 6+ years of experience in product management building data (or technical) products from ideation to launch.
- Experience working at a high-growth technology startup.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams of engineers towards a common goal.
- Fluency with common technical concepts in engineering, as well as core data concepts.
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with talented developers in various time zones.
- Experience building B2B or B2B2C products a plus.
- Experience in fintech, payments, and/or transactions a plus.
