Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible to handle the day-to-day assigned role in Sales & support collection team for key customers in Delhi (NCR) and will work with all the departments to support business and win & keep profitable customers to help and ensure the annual sales revenue and profitability targets are exceeded. This includes but is not limited to the following:Responsible for meeting established sales quotas.Generating Orders/Follow up in enquiring.Maintains sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices, and new products.Monitor competitor’s activity, new brands, buyers, and trends within territory especially pricing.Work with the customer service team to coordinate sales activity and expedite order fulfillment.Investigate and help to resolve customer concerns promptly.Report and record customer order projections and their business trends.Follow up on new programs/product Development.Effective implementation of credit policy with timely collection of payments as well as necessary documents. Prioritize deliveries by careful understanding of urgencies.Prepare and manage the annual budget & obtaining seasonal forecasts from respective factories.Follow the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values.Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills (Regional Language will be an added advantage), with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of personnel both internally and externally.Should have the ability to work in a team and have time management and organizational skills.Should be result & detailed oriented and have immaculate credentials on honesty & integrity.Should be a quick learner with the ability to learn quickly about technical aspects of Retail Information Service Industry.Ability to do multitask and work under pressure with minimum supervision in the fast-paced engineering environment.Should have sound knowledge & understanding of industrial sales function and business finance especially in Pricing, Accounts planning, Accounts Influence, Account Management and Discipline, Accounts Financial Management.Should be good in Solutions Selling.Should have good Negotiation, Analytical & Presentation skills.Sound knowledge of Computer applications like MS Office, and Internet.EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree OR MBA in Sales & Marketing from a recognized university.EXPERIENCE:Your Graduation with 02 to 04 of industrial experience in Sales & Collection preferably in Apparel/Garment Accessories Industries (Label/Tags, Threads, Zipper, Interlining, and Button).Must have proven success in the areas of Sales & Collection function especially in sales of Business to Business (B2B).
