We are looking for experienced product owners to join the team and work as part of our multi-disciplinary web and mobile development teams for our client in financial service. The Product Owner is a member of sprint team and works daily with developers and testers to elaborate and explain user stories and directly help the team meet its sprint objectives. The Product Owner is a platform-technology facing role that also has a close relationship with the product owner from the client’s organization in preparing, maintaining, and continuously grooming the product backlog.The purpose of the Product Owner is to work daily with developers and testers in an agile sprint team to meet the team’s objectives. The Product Owner has sufficient business domain understanding and knowledge to provide engineering teams with the business context, user stories, use cases and business models so that the teams can plan, estimate and execute their development work. The Product Owner is responsible for the enhancement of the content and quality of team backlog user stories. The Product owner provides input to the support team in resolving support issues.This is a very collaborative, team-based role that requires a close working relationship with other Product Owners, Architects, creative and technical team members contributing directly to ensuring that product features are elaborated into user stories that are developed, validated, and released in potentially shippable increments.skills and experience required
5-7 years relevant work experience, preferably in the insurance and pension domain, of which 3 years include experience working within a software development teamPrevious experience within a Product Owner capacity managing web or mobile applicationStrong business analysis and business process design skillsExperience working with information architecture and user experienceThe ability to provide an accurate assessment of features’ business valueExcellent understanding and experience of Agile/Scrum methodologyBe from a web and mobile backgroundStakeholder and relationship managementthis role would suit someone who
