Product Owner

Thirty Capital LLC in Charlotte, NC has the following opening for a Product Owner.Summary of Duties:- Manage the product plan and team toward timely completion of key milestones.- Communicate product status and critical issues, and launch plans to stakeholders across the organization including management and external partners.- Oversee the development and direction of research aimed at improving current products and generating ideas for new products and services.- Research, evaluate and present assigned product ideas to senior leadership and seek approval for execution and launch.- Collaborate with design, user experience, and user interface teams to produce an efficient, cutting-edge experience.- Monitor and optimize the performance of the company’s products, including conversion, close rate, retention and abandonment.- Develop effective user stories and specification requirements (e.g., visual and written).- Oversee the full product lifecycle by gathering client initiative requirements, leading development and execution tasks, and delivering successful features to market.- Collaborate using the company’s platform to prioritize and develop features that enable products to better execute on their strategies.- Present complex data and insights in an easily understandable format using enterprise and business intelligence visualization tools.Qualifications:- Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science or in a related field.- Requires 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.- Must have some experience in each of the following skills:Agile methodologies: Agile environments and Scrum or Kanban frameworks; Agile principles and ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; Business intelligence visualization tools: Sisense, Tableau, or PowerBI; User experience (UX) design: UX principles, wire-framing, and prototyping tools including Figma or Sketch; Data Preprocessing: Data cleaning, feature engineering, dimensionality reduction, and handling missing values and outliers; Model evaluation and optimization: Ability to evaluate and optimize Machine Learning models using techniques, including cross-validation, hyper-parameter tuning, and performance metrics; Machine Learning algorithms: Supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, including regression, classification, decision trees, and clustering; Cloud computing: Cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS) along with Cloud architecture patterns, serverless computing, and containerization (Docker); API design and integration, including RESTful APIs, API versioning, documentation and API security; and Programming languages: Python and SQL.To apply: Email resume to HR@ThirtyCapital.com
