Schneider is seeking a Senior Product Analyst in Green Bay to execute innovation efforts aligned with the organization's strategic focus areas. The Senior Product Analyst will develop prototypes, provide critical input for business cases, and support change management efforts.Responsibilities:
Assist in project rollouts, planning, changing processes, and enforcing to-dos.Create and execute process audits.Establish relationships and credibility with other members of the organization to get buy-in on change efforts.Capture and analyze data associated with innovation efforts.Support workflow efforts, including mapping processes to system capabilities and preparing for automation.Operate across organizational and technical boundaries to drive common approaches for delivering solutions.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Minimum of five years of project-based work.Experience working with cross-functional IT and business teams.Strong critical thinking skills.Able to develop solutions for complex and unique problems.Able to influence and drive collaboration.Pay and Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Company-paid life insurance.401(k) savings plan with company match.Paid time off and paid holidays.Results-based incentive pay program.Tuition reimbursement.Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion:Our history has taught us that treating everyone with dignity and respect is vital to our ongoing success.
