Social Media Content Creator
for our Tress Wellness Social Media platforms (mainly TikTok). Your main responsibility will be completely managing our TikTok account –
creating
and
publishing
content that fits the brand's personality. This position is 100% remote and the hired person will work on a part-time/full-time basis (we are flexible!).Please note that you are required to submit a portfolio . This can be either a TikTok/Reel video compilation or TikTok/Instagram channel that showcases your work.What You Will DoMain focus : Completely manage our TikTok account (focused on hair removal products) from content ideation and generation to community management. Ensuring high engagement and views for each video through analyzing existing content and competitor content.Secondary focus : repost the content created from TikTok to our Instagram account, this includes content generated by our influencers.Be confident on-camera, be adept at using our products with authority on camera, understand TikTok trends and implement it to the content along with relevant captions and hashtags.You are able to adjust to the tone that suits our brand’s audience.OutputsGenerate 30 content on TikTok per-month.Good account management: can keep up with TikTok trends and generate content that suits our brand’s personality.Good community management: actively interact and build positive relationships with our audience.Analyze content and produce and present weekly reportsHiring ProcessCV and portfolio Screening → HR screening → Assignment → User and HR interview → OfferingWhat You Will Bring To The TableCreativity and high energy.Experience in creating short-form video content specifically for TikTok and Reels.Good analytical skills and being able to implement findings into your workGreat filming and editing skills that suit TikTok and Reels format and aesthetics.You speak fluent internet and incorporate what’s trending into your daily work.Good understanding of hashtags and content creation.
