As we continue to grow at an accelerated pace, we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Controller to oversee our financial activities and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our financial systems.Responsibilities:Financial Strategy:
Develop, implement, and refine financial strategies that align with Arrae's overall goals and objectives. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support decision-making processes.Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process, working collaboratively with department heads to establish accurate and actionable budgets. Prepare and communicate regular financial forecasts to guide resource allocation and business planning.Financial Reporting:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses. Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Present financial results to the executive team.Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity while maximizing return on investments. Implement effective cash management practices and maintain relationships with banking partners.Debt Management:
Work with debt providers to secure debt financing for inventory and other company operations. Must have experience with building out cash flow models in relation to debt financing.Risk Management:
Assess and mitigate financial risks by implementing internal controls, conducting risk assessments, and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.Financial Modeling:
Develop financial models and scenarios to support business decisions, investment opportunities, and growth strategies. Analyze potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships for financial viability.Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and ensuring a high level of performance. Promote a collaborative and positive work environment.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Provide financial insights to support data-driven decision-making.Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable:
Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing vendor relationships, processing payments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and CPA certification.Minimum of 2 years working as a controller.Proficiency in Xero.Hands-on experience with financial consolidations.Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Detail-oriented with excellent presentation skills.Ability to close books accurately and efficiently.Demonstrated stability in employment history.How to Apply:
