POSITION OVERVIEW:Curiox is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Representative in the Boston Area. Curiox has a wide suite of products that can accommodate any size lab. Curiox products are utilized by over 300 research facilities worldwide at public, private and government entities. Based on the Laminar Cell Wash Platform, cells are gently washed versus being processed in a centrifuge. Laminar Wash enables highly consistent data, automation of highly laborious sample prep workflows and gives scientists and their companies back time to focus on value added activities.Curiox offers excellent benefits and a friendly work environment. If you have the motivation and drive, come join our team.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Conduct daily sales calls to introduce new products and sales information to our customersMeet or exceed assigned sales quotaMaintain a high level of technical and market expertise and educate the market on proper utilization and acceptance of Curiox’s Laminar Cell Wash and DropArray technologiesAchieve revenue goals by growing current accounts and building new accounts through heavy prospecting and networkingDemonstrate a strong working knowledge around the capabilities of the Curiox technologyWork closely with the Field Application Scientists and engineers to drive a team-based sales approach with prospectsUtilize and maintain CRM system for tracking of accounts, contacts and sales opportunitiesDevelop and foster strong working relationships with customersParticipate in on-site customer exhibitions and national trade shows to promote Curiox technologyActively gather and provide “voice of customer” and “competitive intelligence” to the product management and marketing teams.QUALIFICATIONS:Must have experience in Life Science Markets with emphasis in Flow Cytometry, Single Cell applications, ELISA’s/Multiplexed Bead ELISA’s, lab automation, and sample preparation.2 years prior sales experience with a proven track record of successTeam oriented contributorAble to effectively communicate value propositions to customersExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including flexibility with schedule and functionStrong work ethic and initiative to drive growthAbility to travel up to 20% of the timePlease come join us and make a difference.
