We offer numerous prime contract opportunities with customers headquartered in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, as well as subcontract opportunities that align with our areas of focus and additional opportunities nationwide through our parent company.A Day in the Life (Just a Few of the Things You Will Do):Provide Windows and LINUX administration support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systemsManage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systemsProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.Configures and manages Windows and LINUX operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performancePerform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A)

No Telework AvailabilityREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraphStrong Windows and LINUX skills and experience working in a LINUX-based development environmentExperience configuring and managing Windows and LINUX operating systemsExperience installing/loading of operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining system integrity, and configuring network components along with implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performanceDoD 8570 / CWIP certification - Security +CE3+ years in the Intelligence CommunityEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 5+ years of working experience; OR9+ years of working experience in a related fieldDESIRED EXPERIENCE (although NOT required):LINUX certificationStrong networking backgroundFamiliarity administering code repositories such as GIT and Subversion (SVN)Familiarity with the Agile (SCRUM) development methodology using continuous integration and delivery and Atlassian productsBoeing Intelligence & Analytics Benefits:Employees are more effective on the job when they are not distracted by health and financial worries.
