Restaurant Systems SpecialistThe Restaurant Systems Specialist supports restaurant software, including POS systems, online ordering, in-store applications, and third-party integrations. Responsibilities include programming multiple Point of Sale systems, troubleshooting, and remote support to ensure operational efficiency. Strong technical and communication skills are essential, along with a customer service focus. Preferred experience in restaurant hospitality. Duties also involve maintaining POS databases and translating user needs into technical specifications.Responsibilities:Manage menu items and pricing across POS systemsSupport various in-store systems and third-party integrationsProvide remote troubleshooting and operational supportAssist in installing and maintaining restaurant systemsOffer rotational on-call support during evenings and weekendsCreate and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and system supportConfigure and optimize system settings for efficiencyCultivate positive vendor relationshipsPerform additional tasks as assigned by managementQualifications:
