This position will be working on traffic signal projects at our Livonia office with an experienced team of designers. Other responsibilities may include working with a multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers, and technicians on a wide range of projects, including traffic studies, signing, pavement marking, and maintenance of traffic as well as design/construction documents.

Your Primary Focus
This position will be working on traffic signal projects at our Livonia office with an experienced team of designers. Other responsibilities may include working with a multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers, and technicians on a wide range of projects, including traffic studies, signing, pavement marking, and maintenance of traffic as well as design/construction documents.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Roadway design experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Highway Capacity Manual, Highway Safety Manual, ITE Trip Generation Manual, Roadside Design Guide, AASHTO "Green Book"
- Highway lighting experience is a plus.
- Must have experience in either MicroStation or AutoCAD.
- Synchro/SimTraffic is strongly desired.
- Experience with VISSIM, SignCAD, and AutoTurn are a plus.
