With a strong commitment to excellence, sustainability, and community, they have established themselves as a trusted partner in the industry.POSITION SUMMARYSeeking a Senior Engineer to support the firms progressive and dynamic civil and environmental engineering team. The Senior Engineer will be asked to develop and lead high quality, cutting edge sustainable engineering solutions including process evaluation, facilities planning, engineering design, permitting & compliance, construction administration and operations planning.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and supervise the development of project plans, design calculations, specifications and lead the coordination with other design disciplines as required.Work across teams and engage subconsultants as needed to implement quality assurance and quality control through all project phasesDevelop staff, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and mentoringModify and review production drawings for a variety of projects ensuringdesigns are in compliance with current applicable regulationsOversee and monitor cross-functional team in development of construction documents for all scales of site developmentManage development of illustrative exhibits, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reportsServe as an effective interface between client's project team and consulting team, conveying technical information in a timely and professional mannerREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION10-15+ years of post graduate professional experienceBachelors degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical engineeringExtensive knowledge of all project phases including pre-design, conceptual design, detailed design, construction administration, start-up and commissioning, and operationsExperience in preparing and advancing plan set packages through all project phasesExperience with tools such as AutoCADProficiency withWindows, MS Office, Google Apps, ClickUp, Dropbox, SharepointDESIRED ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCEStrong water/wastewater technical background, including in-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes including for water reuse and resource recoveryExperience with water/wastewater process modeling simulation software (e.g., BioWin, GPS-X)At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position is between $121,000 and $189,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the extent and relatedness of the candidate’s education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must already possess long-term work authorization.
