Youre diligent about your tasks observant of patients conditions improving or declining and accept coaching well. You know were all continuously trying to become better care providers and youre eager to learn.In keeping with the Dignity Health core values CNAs support and promote the provision of quality patient care and actively participates as a team member in the systems functions and activities of the unit/department.This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:Current AHA CPR certification (CT CPRBLS)Current CNA Certification (CT NA)High School education or equivalentSuccessful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program.Preferred Requirements:Six (6) months recent hospital experience as CNASpecial Skills:Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing clearly concisely and accurately.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Ability to operate common office equipment including computers.Knowledge of medical terminology and basic procedures.
