Battle Lab Maritime Domain Planner . Selected Candidates will work within dynamic leading-edge-technology environments enabling the 805th Combat Training Squadron/Shadow Operations Center – Nellis (ShOC-N) to conduct integration, experimentation, and assessments of emerging technologies and mission procedures to meet warfighter requirements in Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) and the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS). This is an on-site position located at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV.This excellent opportunity requires that the ideal candidate to be customer focused, and willing to join a winning team.The
Battle Lab Maritime Domain Planner
will be responsible for the following:Provide USN maritime domain SME expertise across maritime operations in joint environments to the 805 CTSProvide SME experience in multiple joint exercise and joint/USN Command and Control organizationsExperience using US Navy and joint data links, BLOS and Navy fires networks for use aboard ship or within a Command and Control centerAct as primary 805 CTS integration planner for USN Project Overmatch planning and development.Will support Service and COCOM exercises, demonstrations, simulations, war games and related eventsProvides briefings and staff level support to out brief FLAG exercise activities, to includebriefing senior leaders within the DoD. Prepares correspondence, presentations, graphics, analysis, and other documentationWill prepare, review, edit and comment on surveys, analyses, requirements documents, and assessmentsThe
Battle Lab Maritime Domain Planner
must meet the following qualifications:
Masters’ degree highly preferredMust be a former US Navy officer (O-5 or higher desired) with minimum of 10 years operational experienceDepartment head experience desired; command of a combat ship is desired.Must be a former US Navy Surface Warfare Officer.Must be proficient in briefing large audiences.Must have a Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret/SCIIf you are interested and believe your skills would be an excellent match for this opportunity, please apply to this job and submit your resume.Please visit similar jobs at
