The Project Coordinator – Limited Duration role requires an individual who thrives when managing projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented, professional environment. This position is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of digital communications and paid media for political campaigns. The Project Coordinator will:Assist in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle from briefing to development to delivery on multiple projects of varying size and complexityProactively facilitate workflow across teams to produce high-quality deliverables, including assigning tasks, tracking project progress, and regularly communicating deadlines and potential blocksRun point on internal project-related meetings, creating agendas, taking notes, directing conversations, scheduling meetings, and discussing budgets, timelines, and tasksTrack budgets, timelines, tasks, and project changes and effectively communicate their impact on the cost/timeframe of project deliveryCreate and maintain project documentation, including cost-tracking and invoicingInterface directly with partners and vendors as a representative of Winning Mark and manage some day-to-day communications with clientsAssist the Account Manager and/or Strategist in onboarding new clients and serve as a backup client-facing contact for the Account Manager and/or StrategistProvide assistance on client projects, including setting up spreadsheets, sourcing information, performing background research, taking a first pass at content creation.Required Skills
A successful Project Coordinator will collaborate effectively across internal teams, develop strong relationships with vendors and clients, and go the extra mile to help campaigns win. We are looking for someone with:0-2 years of experience working in a communications, digital strategy, social media, or paid media capacity for political or advocacy campaigns, organizations, or causesA passion for progressive changeThe ability to adapt to changes, multitask, and work well in a collaborative setting; someone who is not afraid to ask questionsA strong desire to do outstanding work, exceed expectations, learn new skills, and winExceptional communication and organizational skillsA detail-oriented approach to work and excellent note-taking skillsA commitment to completing projects and going above and beyond for clients, and to the success and goals of the team and companyOther experience:

This position is a full-time Limited Duration role that ends November 29, 2024.Location:
Winning Mark’s office is located in SE Portland, Oregon. Our team is currently in a remote model with no mandatory in-person work; however, there may be optional in-person events/work. Vaccination against COVID-19 is required to work in-person. We are open to considering candidates living outside of Portland, Oregon, who would continue to work remotely full time on Pacific Standard Time. Many of our clients’ campaigns have critical, time-sensitive deadlines including policy decisions, crisis management, and elections. As a result, there are times when project teams work long and irregular hours (including evenings and weekends) on behalf of our clients.Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time, exempt position. The salary range for this position is $4,000 to $5,000 per month, commensurate with prior experience.
