Practice DescriptionFairview Health Services is seeking a Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton.
Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.
Practice Details:
17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.
Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.
34 patient contact hours per week.
Call Frequency: 5-6 times a month
Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule
As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
H1B Visa accepted.
Income Details:
Resident stipend, Medical School loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus and relocation available.
Initial 2 year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program rewarding production, quality and patient experience.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or residency training program.
BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
Community InformationM Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton is located approximately 60 minutes from Minneapolis and 30 minutes from St Cloud, MN. We are situated on the same campus as M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center.
