Your JobWe have an exciting opportunity on the ServiceNow team to hire a Product Owner who is passionate about our PBM culture, transforming services and relationships and driving continuous improvement. We are looking for a product owner who can help our team continue to achieve strategic goals and deliver value across the Koch businesses. As a Product Owner on the ESM team, you will be responsible for supporting the visions and key strategies of our team and the Koch businesses. This includes proactively and strategically engaging the Koch businesses to enable the transformation and implementation of Consumer Experience in creative and valuable ways. You will also be instrumental in the relationship building within the businesses and understanding needs and requirements which will enable our team to focus on the appropriate business outcomes.Our TeamThe Koch Capabilities, Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team is responsible for empowering Koch businesses to deliver effortless and highly valuable services in all shapes and forms via automation, workflows and data. Work cross functionally to enhance the employee experience and drive operational efficienciesCollaborate with key stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutionsWork closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product featuresConduct acceptance testing and gather feedback from internal users to iterate and improve the productPartner with the ServiceNow process owners to drive innovation and best practicesWork with businesses and stakeholders to create and own a product roadmap that is well socialized and aligned with business value and the Koch/KGS visionInfluence outcomes and processes based on business valuesWork cross functionally with KGS leadership, business, and external partnersDefine and measure successSell and promote successes and key achievementsStrategize and collaborate on cross-functional projectsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Functional understanding of ServiceNowAbility to challenge, influence, and prioritize workExperience and understanding of Agile methodologyStrong coordination and facilitation skills to support and drive multiple initiativesThe ability to own the product roadmap, align with internal stakeholders on priorities and champion your team's visionAbility to make data driven decisionsExperience leading small to mid-scale projects or implementationsWhat Will Put You Ahead

Design Thinking experience and applicationExperience in enhancing user experiences via application or process implementationIn depth knowledge of ServiceNowExperience working with remote and global teams
