ETL Developer (Snowflake and Azure Data Factory)

• 8+ Years of Experience in ETL• Handson experience in Snowflake and Azure Data Factory• Extensive knowledge of Datawarehousing and ability to understand star schema• Work experience in relational database and hands-on on writing SQL queries , stored procedure extensively.• Has good knowledge in SQL server, SnowFlake , ADF (Azure Data Factory)• Excellent research , analysis and problem solving skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Strong in drafting functional and technical documentation.• Support the Solutioning team from architectural design , testing and implementation.• bility to understand the functional and technical design architecture implemented in Datalake on Snowflake.• bility to lead team of ETL developers and guide them on business / Functional requirement and help in technical area.• Extract, transform and load from various sources system to snowflake using a combination of Azure Data factory, Snowflake, Data Lake Analytics, Data ingestion to one or more Azure services.• Hands on experience on developing SQL scripts for automation.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Design and architect end-to-end data engineering pipelines, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.• Develop and maintain data integration processes, including ETL/ELT workflows and data ingestion pipelines.• Develop and optimize ETL processes using SnowFlake , ADF (Azure Data Factory)• Implement data modeling best practices to support analytical and reporting needs.• Optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms to enhance data processing efficiency.• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance the data architecture and engineering capabilities.• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, including data privacy regulations.
