As a Software Engineer, you’ll help further Ohanafy’s mission to transform beverage and beyond through development of our core product built on Salesforce. We are looking for an individual with a go-getter attitude that can learn our product and Salesforce while growing with our company and help to continually improve and enhance our product.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years’ experienceStrong interpersonal skillsSound judgment, detail-orientedResponsibilities

Be a great teammate and help others while being adaptable and flexible enough to support ever-changing product needs based on customer and market feedbackProvide support to Sales and Professional Services departments for product demonstrations and customer implementations on ad-hoc basisTesting and debugging of product featuresContribute to technical and product documentationLearn the Salesforce platform and Ohanafy Craft Beverage Operating SystemParticipate fully as a member of the Product Development teamDemonstrate the ability to independently problem solve and research solutionsIndependently complete complex coding tasksProvide thoughtful and careful code reviewsFollow coding best practices and standardsParticipate in design sessions with focus on suggesting solutionsUnderstand the business domain, data model, and design of the code base for the Ohanafy productContinuously learn and expand knowledge of technologies (languages, frameworks, etc.) used by OhanafyContinuously learn and expand knowledge of coding, design, and developmentContinuously learn and expand knowledge of the Craft Beverage industryDESIRED

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferredAbility to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesPassion for software developmentCollaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills
