Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Continuously sourcing new customersDevelop customer relationships throughout our customers’ organizationsImprove profitability through development with lines of business including; rental, rigging, and repairEffectively and professionally communicate customers’ needs and expectations to our Total Tool internal teams to ensure we exceed the customers’ goals and expectationsBuild relationships with vendors and their local representatives to leverage our market position with our customersEnsure prompt and accurate delivery and invoicing of all goods and servicesWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:Hardworking, Humble, and HungryPrevious experience in sales and customer servicePrevious experience in the construction and/or industrial supply industry preferredHighly motivatedDetail-orientedAn exceptional work ethicAbility to work in a team environmentMust be over 21 with a valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This is a primarily sedentary role,requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise.
