The estimated salary range for this position is $71,190.00 - $85,429.00 annually.

. Work closely with new business partnerships to facilitate the onboarding process. Work to assess and fulfill their employee’s financial goals. Collaborate with Tri-state, Healthcare, Community Engagement, Mortgage and BIS to offer educational seminars and financial education counseling to employees of Corporate Business Partners to offer options with their financial needs.

Cultivate new corporate relationships. Utilize networking, charity and corporate events for prospecting and relationship management to source prospects and further develop existing relationships. Collaborate with Business Banking and Lending teams to offer Bethpage at work services to Business clients.

Collaborate with any/all partner teams including New relationships, Community Engagement , Operations, Marketing, Digital and Communications.

Maintain and strengthen new and existing SEG partner relationships by frequently meeting and collaborating with all connected: Human Resource, Communications, Facilities, COI’s and Executive Contacts . ability to integrate a new relationship’s needs and priorities into a cohesive and achievable “SEG success plan” by working closely with other BDRM’s.

Identify innovation opportunities for any new business techniques / technological advancements/product / process innovations within the ever changing market. Have knowledge of competitors and their activities within the industry. Our goal is to enhance our EX and MX which will directly impact Bethpage by accelerating membership, loans, deposits and thriving SEG relationships.

Utilize and attending the networking/community events along with the tools available such as hosting suites, ticket invite strategies, corporate events that can grow our individual and entire SEG relationship portfolio.

Responsible for weekly tracking and reporting of efforts such as calls & networking events including outcomes as applicable.
