Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pmPurpose Statement/Position Summary:
Responsible for preparation and administration of the department’s revenue cycle. Analyzes billing data, keeps statistics and generates reports. As a senior Billing Rep, will handle the more complex billing issues and troubleshoot, resolve or escalate problems and concerns to management.Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:
2+ years related experience, including one year as a Billing Representative. Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal eligibility and how to enroll highly preferred. Experience submitting LA County Medi-Cal claims (preferred under a SAPC contract) preferred. Expertise with CPT codes for billing highly preferred. Experience identifying discrepancies and potential claim denials strongly preferred.Education/Licensure/Certification:
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.Pay Scale Information$38,272.00-$65,062.00
