The Responsibilities Include
Writing the clean quality code & Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the requirements in the context of the productEnvisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworksDetermining and implementing design methodologies and toolsetsEnabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activitiesBeing able to lead/support UAT and production rolloutsCreating, understanding and validating estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify itAddressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvementGiving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectationsHelping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugComing up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision takenCarrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirementsCarrying out DevOps activities which includes creating Jenkins pipeline
Key Skills
Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principlesExperience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux)Familiarity with latest versions of ECMAScript (ES6)Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., ImmutableJS)Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plusStrong understanding of Rest APIs, Web Sockets, Service Workers, HTTP/S ProtocolGood knowledge of source code configuration management software like GITKnowledge of DevOps. Contribute to CI/CD pipeline using GitLabDevelop application features as per approved requirements and according to approved practices and procedures including unit tests and required documentationGood communication skills (English)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsA team player that demonstrates flexibility, creativity, and strong work ethics
