About this role

Great writing, for everyone. It's our vision for Writer, and our customers' vision for their teams. We're looking for an Enterprise Implementation Consultant whose top priority is helping customers onboard and realize value quickly across their teams with Writer. Our Product is adopted across an Organization so we need someone who is comfortable in a complex customer relationship environment navigating many relationships, uncovering a variety of use cases and project managing deliverables to drive value across their business.

As one of our founding Enterprise Implementation Consultants, you'll be on the ground-floor helping us build processes for onboarding for our largest Enterprise customers.

You'll be reporting to the VP Customer Success and be working very closely with our other customer success managers in building a World Class CS org.

Your responsibilitiesAct as the owner of our implementation process for our most strategic customers, ensuring we're hitting key value-based outcomes of first value for activation and adoptionDevelop and project manage the customer's implementation plan, including the milestones, key owners and accountabilitiesWork across numerous customer stakeholder groups, workstreams and use-cases to deploy, all while seamlessly managing the implementation roadmap and rapid delivery of valueCoordinate the configuration of a customer's Style Guide and provide strategic advice to optimize in the productDevelop expertise as an advisor of best practices in leveraging AI to deliver on-brand content at scaleDrive transformational change management expertise by prescribing how a customer should build a generative AI program to drive durable value and adoption at scaleProvide in-product enablement and training to admins, and end users on their specific use-casesWork closely with your CSM, Technical Account Manager and AE partners to facilitate a smooth transition from evaluation to implementation and habit-formingOvercome barriers to implementation, unblocking challenges as they arise, including infosec, IT and change management related hurdles☆ Is this you?

5+ years in a Implementation Consultant, Engagement Manager role in Enterprise B2B SaaSExperience with large user deployments for Fortune 100 companies, spanning many use-cases, business units, across thousands of usersHighly consultative - able to uncover use-cases, identify business needs and map to a Writer solutionExcellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities, prioritize and create the right accountabilities for successExperience managing and building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including C-Level at Fortune 100 organizationsExperience in the art of Change Management. You know how to motivate, unblock and overcome barriers to large, transformational changeExcellent problem-solving skillsKnowledge of editorial processes or working with Content Marketing, Technical Writing or UX teams a real plusConsulting experience at a big 4 firm a plusAnd:
