Job DetailsJob LocationMidland - Odessa, TXPosition TypeFull TimeDescriptionThe Account Sales Trainee (AST) function role supports sales initiatives and provides coverage for ASMs during vacation, sick or any special projects as needed. Route Relief will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small formatted "off premise" stores.Responsibilities:Train with Account Managers and cover their routes when neededMonitor competitor activities including new product launches and price reductionsAchieve monthly key performance indicators (KPI's) in the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandisingBring a sense of urgency and commitment along with desire to get things doneMaintain a high level of communication across the Matador teamEnsure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working orderBuild and protect the Red Bull brandQualificationsRequirements/Qualifications/Skills:Prior sales experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsGood mathematical skills Knowledge of beverage market preferredCurrent driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to regularly lift and move 25 lbs. over your headMust be at least 21 years of ageCompensation/Benefits: 401 K matching program (4% at 100% match) vested after 90 days/1st day after next quarter Employee Medical and Dental provided after 60 day probationary period.High school diploma or GED required
