Of Counsel needed for Cleveland office

A law firm in Cleveland is seeking an Of Counsel with extensive litigation experience, preferably in employment law, to defend and litigate lawsuits involving various employment-related claims. The ideal candidate will also provide advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations.Duties:Defend and litigate lawsuits concerning employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitration proceedings, including class/collective actions and discrimination cases.Offer advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations.Stay updated on current court procedures and employment-related agency protocols.Provide excellent written and oral communication to clients and colleagues.Manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines consistently.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.Active admission to the Ohio Bar or ability to obtain admission promptly.Comprehensive understanding of current court procedures and employment-related agency regulations.Experience:Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for a background in employment law.Skills:Strong litigation skills with a focus on employment law matters.Excellent written and oral communication abilities.Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and engage in meaningful litigation and counseling work within the realm of employment law.Company infoBCG Attorney Search200 South Wacker Drive, 31st FloorChicagoIllinoisUnited States 60606Phone :
