Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Water/Wastewater Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, overseeing complex engineering projects, and ensuring the highest standards of design and implementation in water and wastewater systems. This role demands a combination of advanced technical expertise, strategic planning, and strong leadership capabilities.Requirements:Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.Experience:

Over 10 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering. Proven track record of leading and delivering complex engineering projects.Technical Skills:

Expertise in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD). Deep understanding of hydraulic modeling, process design, and advanced treatment technologies. Extensive knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.Professional Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Advanced certifications in water/wastewater treatment (e.g., WEF, AWWA) are highly desirable.Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:

Lead the technical direction and standards for water and wastewater engineering projects. Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance on complex engineering challenges. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Project Oversight:

Oversee the design, planning, and execution of large-scale water and wastewater projects. Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions. Present project proposals, designs, and updates to clients and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.Quality Assurance and Control:

Implement and oversee quality assurance and control processes for all projects. Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure project integrity and quality. Address and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during project execution.Innovation and Sustainability:

Promote the use of innovative technologies and sustainable practices in project designs. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, research, and advancements. Integrate cutting-edge solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability in water and wastewater systems.Regulatory and Compliance:

Ensure all projects adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations. Liaise with regulatory bodies and agencies to facilitate project approvals and compliance.
