As a Technical Lead, you would provide technical leadership on drinking water and wastewater projects, guiding the planning, design, permitting, construction, and start-up phases. Your expertise would drive project success, and your ability to project manage is a valuable plus. You’ll also supervise junior staff and contribute to business development efforts, including proposal preparation and presentations. Supported by local leadership and multiple mentors, you would play a key role in client development and staff mentoring.

Minimum Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in the water/wastewater field (including project management).
Knowledge of the AZ water/wastewater engineering services market.
Experience in successfully delivering projects by leveraging collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience in planning, design, and construction for drinking water facilities.
Proficient in all MS Office based computer software.
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, and capable of interacting effectively with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies.
Self-starter with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
A current PE license is required (AZ preferred or ability to obtain reciprocity within six months of employment).
BS in engineering related field.
