We welcome new grads.Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited collegeLicensed as a Physical Therapist in California.We use WebPT.Job info and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
We provide physical therapy, orthopedics and pelvic health to a mostly adult population but ages range from 10 - 100.
We have a nice 3000 sq ft facility with 10 staff where we all are enjoying helping our communities recover their health.
We are looking to add a Physical Therapist and hopefully you are one who is friendly with a caring demeanor and a team player that treats all staff members as equals and motivated with a continued desire to learn.
Your responsibilities will include:Evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and some neurological conditionsProgress reports to be completed once every 30 daysCommunication with referring provider as necessaryCaseload can include pelvic health, if interestedDevelop a customized plan for each patientProvide discharge report at completion of careStrong manual therapy skills or desire to learnDelegation to technicians when appropriateSupervision of PTAEMR computer documentation.
We will provide a nurturing and professional environment for you to grow in and to become a better therapist.

Schedule:Monday-Thursday 9-6; Friday 8-5
