Ensures policies, procedures, and all activities pertaining to this position are carried out to support BRS goals and objectives at the Pickle Line and Tandem Cold Mill on their respective crew assignments.Ensure Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements are followed and a priorityEnsure good housekeeping practices are carried out in job areas and groundsEffectively communicate with the Shipping Department and Pickle Line Operations to support coil movements to ensure line up time, process control and improvementsAssist team members with daily operations as needed and assist in development of teammates while ensuring crew safetyResponsible for Crane Pre-Operational Inspection ChecklistPreferred Skills:Quality, detail, and safety oriented; mechanically inclined and self-motivatedGood insight to team dynamics with strong verbal communication skills and computer literateAbility to work without direct supervisionGeneral Education Development Test (GED) desiredBasics understanding of Steel Manufacturing ProcessCompany OverviewSince 1901, U.
