The Wilkes-Barre, PA facility has an immediate opening for MATERIAL HANDLER on the 7pm - 7am shift.

Job Summary & Requirements

Drives electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift and clamps, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials by performing the following duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. In compliance with the Warehouse Safety Procedures, properly stages material in specified location Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated area. Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device. Inventories materials on work floor, and supply workers with materials as needed including trays for lines. Maintains proper inventory in resin room. Stores unused components and deissue to specified location. Moves finished product into specified area in the warehouse. Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device. Lubricates truck, recharges batteries. Complies with company personnel and safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Performs special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel
