Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. The
Commercial Lines CSR
provides service to current and prospective customers, as well as supporting Account Manager/Senior Account Manager and the book of business assigned to the team. In this role you will perform functions personally and in collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values
ProfessionalismProvide exceptional customer service to all clients while building relationships with clear effective communicationMaintain confidentiality in all dealing with clients and within the agencyAccountability
Review all activities/follow-ups daily and check all changes for accuracyReview/Process all assigned documents within the prescribed processing timesPrepare Proposals once quotes have been approved by producer or account managerInitiative
Prepare Proof of Coverage documentation (Certificates/Auto ID Cards, etc.)Deliver "Summary of Insurance" to producers and account manager on a timely basis (150 days prior to renewal)Assist with policy change request on-line using, e-mail from AMS and create activity/follow-upAdaptability
Enter new or updated renewal application provided by producer or account manager using the submissions feature in AMS360.Assist with new and renewal marketing as directed by AM or Senior AM.What You Can Expect
